Responsible for day to day planning and controlling of production activities, processes and maintenance program. Work together with related engineers/technicians for leading and supervise the company’s operation team. To maintain good housekeeping (5S) in the production/maintenance department and strict compliance of work safety requirements. Planning for working schedule, job arrangements, shift work arrangements and personnel matters in the production department. Establish good teamwork with related departments in carry-out routine maintenance, shutdown and minor project works in the plant. To lead, plan & review daily production operation to meet production targets in terms of quality, output, yield & productivity To plan, deploy and arrange manpower to ensure the smooth production flow Ensure quality issues are addressed in a timely manner Ensure machine setters and operators understand and comply with the full requirements and expectations of our customers. Prepare production reports, ensure compliance of quality systems as well as compile, update and improve on production procedures. To plan and design training needs analysis to assure the competency of employees to perform the job To ensure good housekeeping in the production area and a strong customer focus Follow up production quality issue and ensure action taken accordingly Ensure the Machinery/ facilities used are maintained & in operational condition Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations.
