DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Will be work under CS, Sales Marketing Support Department, and support the Manager to all any related work to Sales People Development to boost their knowledge & performance. As PIC of Sales Force Development (SFD) program and coordinate with principal Implement and monitor Sales Force Development (SFD) program in all branches As PIC of internal reward program in sales & aftersales division Implement and monitor internal reward program in sales & aftersales in all branches Delivering Sales People Development Program such as Salesmanship, Product Knowledge, Team Building, and Leadership Developing training programs and material. Generate reports that analyze Sales Force Development Program, and sales productivity in all branches
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in any field Minimum 2 years of working experience as sales trainer or marketing analyst Experience in developing training material/module based on company needs Excellent skill in MS.Office Have strong communication and interpersonal skill Excellent interpersonal skill and enjoy dealing with people Strong drive for continuous learning, self-initiative and motivation.
