DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assisting the Advanced Care Planning (ACP) Executive in the administrative functions
Develop, maintain and update the ACP Facilitators database/ registry within its RHS
Follow through and coordinate ACP referrals and enquiries to the necessary personnel or department within the RHS including enquiries from within the RHS and Phone call enquiries from public
Attend and provide support for meetings including scheduling of meetings and pre-meeting activities – announcement, collation of attendees, reminder email, collation of papers or slides (where needed), buying of refreshments, booking of venues and AV equipment etc.
Provide support to all ACP awareness talks, roadshows and ACP training in the RHS.
Provide necessary support in the quality improvement and research efforts in the RHS.
REQUIREMENT
Min. Diploma in any discipline froma recognised tertiary institution
Possess min. 3 years and above experience in administrative functions in a healthcare / medical institution
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work effectively in a team and individually as well
