DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain high-quality service to handle customer enquiries and complaints
Assist in daily operation of the workshop and reception in centre
Follow up closely with internal parties to ensure quality service
Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
REQUIREMENT
F.5 or above, with working experience in automotive after sales service is preferred Experience in German vehicles is an advantage Holder of valid driving license with Class 1 and 2 is a must Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Candidates with less experience will be regarded as Service Advisor Assistant
