DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and provide device (laptop, modem, headset, etc) for new hires and all staff. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware. Manage the device documentation. Collaborate with HR to monitor and handle office air conditioner, electricity, CCTV, and genset.
REQUIREMENT

Have working experience as an IT Support at least 1 year. Have deep knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. Have good knowledge of various networking concepts. Have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Have excellent customer service skills
