DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Looking for new client and developing networks within interiors fields Find project monthly as per company target Setting individual sales targets with the sales team Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team Coordinating with marketing on lead generation Train new salespeople within the Sales Department Developing your sales team through motivation, coaching and product knowledge education Lead and monitor individual sales staff on monthly target Maintain a good and effective relationship with existing customers Build and maintain good coordination with the clients Reporting to Director in daily basis Establishing relationship with potential customer Presentation to potential clients and offer company products and solutions Promote the organization and products Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Business or related field Required language(s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin 3+ years experience in Sales & Marketing or related field Age maximal. 38 years Required skills : SALES, MARKETING, COMMUNICATION, PRESENTATION Communicative, Proactive, Confident, Attractive and have leadership Extensive Networking/Relational capability to increase revenue High integrity, energetic, intelligence and persuasive Strong analytical skills, attention to details, comfortable with data processing Willing to work or report to Head Office in Kebon Jeruk – Jakarta Barat
