Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Analyze, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Communicate with operations, different offices, or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up a system or resolve issues
Troubleshoot system, network and application problems, and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults. Replace parts as required.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to do field work
