DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The IT Associate manages the Help Desk ticketing system and handles the first line troubleshooting of concerns raised by the operations. They take initial telephone or email inquiries and performs troubleshooting and resolving of relatively simple hardware, software or network problems. Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting and managing relatively simple hardware, software or network problems Distributes tasks to the corresponding Technical Support or System Development Group for further checking as needed Responds to phone, remote and e-mail support requests Performs day-to-day administrative support to IT Vice President
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent Minimum Work Experience: With at least 1-2 years relevant experience Knowledge of a variety of computer hardware, software, and operation systems and applications Computer literate Effective organizational skills Good communication skills Flexible
