Overall responsibility of managing all IT related functions and systems for CCIS ID Planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data related with Container Depot Operating Systems, Servers & Networks, Mailbox, Printers & Copiers, CCTV Systems, PABX and any other IT related systems & appliance. Managing all IT related Infrastructure for all sites and ensure 24/7 service continuity for all stakeholders. Managing all IT staff by way of regular monitoring their activities, training and coaching, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance to achieve expected outcome. Developing and implementing IT related processes, policies and procedures for CCIS ID in compliance with group IT policies and procedures Developing and proposing new ideas in bringing digital innovation into Depot business in order to improve business processes and thereby to improve productivity and customer centricity. Ensuring 100% security of data, network access and maintain proper backup systems. Act with alignment with user and/or customer needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. identify problematic areas and implement strategic and cost-effective solutions in time. Conduct periodic IT System Audits to assess all aspects in IT i.e., security, functionality, efficacy, etc. and make required adjustments and/or improvement wherever it’s necessary. Preserving assets, information security and control structures. Preparing annual IT budget in compliance with organizational requirements while ensuring cost effectiveness. Developing and implementing IT systems and infrastructure and support with depot/business expansion projects in line with organizational requirement Support all users and rectify issues whenever problem occurred.
