DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Calendar management: Managing CEO’s schedule by scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events including booking of venues for lunch / dinner events.
Travel management: Planning travel arrangement for the CEOs and HODs, including booking of flights, accommodations, ground transportation, travel insurance and managing travel itineraries.
Communication and correspondence: Acting as first point of contact between CEO and internal or external stakeholders. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of CEO, phone calls and other form of communication.
Information management: Keeping accurate records and maintaining an up-to-date filing system for CEO’s office.
Meeting coordination: Coordinating and scheduling of meetings, attending to CEO’s guests /visitors once they arrive at the office.
Administrative support: Providing general administrative support to the CEO, including managing expenses and claim matters.
HR Support: Involve in HR activities such as recruitment, employees development and HR administration.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Service-oriented and believe in ‘go extra miles’ in providing good service
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organized and resourceful
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in hospitality/ travel industry will have added advantage
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking associates
High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
