Examine and assess the actions of competitors and make suggestions for the business.
Oversee and grow the sales force to ensure that its output contributes to the accomplishment of the goal.
Collaborate with the marketing group and carry out plans as decided.
Oversee the authorized A&P budget to ensure its effective implementation.
Enhancing and growing distributor performance in line with business objectives.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of success in senior sales management roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to convert ideas into workable programs.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities, with the capacity to establish and preserve connections at all organizational levels.
Ability to prosper in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to shifting priorities and market conditions.
