DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

A door opener and business hunter - Build, develop, maintain strong network both from his/her existing and new networks for business opportunities for ADEN Indonesia including introduction or arranging meeting with all 'C' level executives within major Mining or Oil & Gas clients in Indonesia Develop, deliver and evaluate weekly, monthly and quarterly target opportunity/clients by carrying out relevant research and market analysis Contribute to pitching for new business and the existing business. Significantly increase long-term revenues for ADEN
REQUIREMENT

10+ years of experiences with proven network in the similar target industries Self-starter, knowledgeable of the market, and possess a high level of communications skills Solid introduction and pitching skills to create an engagement with 'C' level executives High level of motivation and drive, with the ability to initiate and develop the networks Results-oriented and willing to work under pressure and sales targets Easily adapt between Western and Asian professional and social cultures Fluency in English is a MUST, and a second or third language is a plus
