DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and analyze the performance of systems and applications, utilizing various monitoring tools and techniques to identify performance bottlenecks, bugs, or other issues. Lead efforts to diagnose and troubleshoot performance-related problems, working closely with development teams and stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Develop and implement strategies to manage and maintain SLAs, tracking performance metrics and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards. Drive automation initiatives to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. Utilize automation tools such as Windmill, Airplane, Postman, and Airflow to develop and maintain automated solutions for deployment, configuration management, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions into existing workflows and processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance monitoring, automation, and related technologies. Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to technical operations and automation. Provide technical leadership and support for complex technical issues, serving as a subject matter expert in performance monitoring and automation.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical operations or a related field, with a strong track record of managing and maintaining systems and applications in a production environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Python programming language for scripting and automation tasks. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line utilities. Familiarity with Java is a plus, but not required. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Windmill, Airplane, Postman, or Airflow. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels. Must be fluent in Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
