DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle AP & AR Review invoice Perform payroll calculation Prepare and processing loan proposal and withdrawal Preparing and executing administration of loan related to bank or leasing company. Preparing and applying the issuance of Bank Guarantee and insurance Manage the submission billing to Clients Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring
REQUIREMENT

D3 or S1 major in Accounting / Finance Minimum 5 years experiences in same position Experiences in handle PO and review invoice Accurate in payments and familiar with e-banking process is a must Capable to perform payroll calculation High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy, committed and reliable Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed Initiative, proactive and dynamic person Fluent in English & Mandarin Capable to perform multitasking work Strong communication skill for internal and external purpose
