DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates Excellent screening and interviewing skills for potential applicant Managing the employment documents and pre-onboarding procedures, including document preparation, pre-set-up working tools Create and complete letters related to HRD Handling any requests for information relating to employee personal data Provide reports according to the needs of HR and related departments Able to recap attendance and check employee discipline Oversee and manage performance appraisal, training management, and employee event
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience as HR Staff in retail company Having a good knowledge with HRIS Strong administrative, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented Proficient at Microsoft Office
