DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for her/his respective Store for achieving company's sales number. S/he will be responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget, Analyzing store sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes.
REQUIREMENT

At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities At least 3 years working experiences as Store Manager, preferably from Retail industry Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Good communication skills in English
