DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Call and follow up customers based on quotation Response to Inbound call/email from customers Responsible in getting customer's information, inquiries, and incoming projects Increase customer satisfaction by resolving issues and problems Product promotion to related customers New customer activation task Maintain customer's relationship
REQUIREMENT

Age 23-35 years old Diploma or bachelor’s degree in management/ PR/ equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing/Tele-marketing field Independent, able to work in a team and highly motivated Have knowledge in PO process flow & Basic knowledge in mechanical or electrical products Have medium to high skills in Microsoft Office (excel and word) Comfortable with multi-tasking and good time management Strong communication skill and negotiation skill Able to communicate and write in English is an advantage Willing to work in Cikarang
