DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to support day to day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties. Fulfill logistic/marketing and other department request and immediate resolve if complaint raise. To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies. Performs other job-related functions as and when required by supervisor. To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities, and equipment. Monitor and record all MHE status and make sure all-in good condition. Maintain all warehouse operation to follow SOP and ISO during run daily operation. Overview all issue regarding warehouse operation and try to improve time to time. Monitor and control all warehouse staff to maintain the productivity inside. Monitoring Daily Stock Forecast arrangement to branches. Monitoring and control all documentation ST, STD, MDO, invoice and system control. To ensure all Document records are filing, standardize and by label. To records daily Logistic Request of transportation as per email and revert with logistic team. To ensure branches Stock, forecast and delivery cost effective. Monitoring warehouse equipment + PPE+ safety and maintenance records. To ensure outsources or contractor of installer pickup and delivery of Aircons, with all records installation notes is printed and ready every day. To monitor of DC system, admin system, warehouse system of all the RDC transaction pending or any issue to reports to AM. To ensure stock Product return, repair or reworks recall and PEX items. To ensure warehouse Stock count with coordination with Warehouse Team and Maintained records is done. To ensure all ST STD from warehouse collecting and ensure follow the process with detail chop & signed by all team and logistic driver. Correspondence in email and feedback. Inventory control & records, Month end closing, stock count and audit. Reports to Manager and getting approval. Solving problem.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate at least Diploma in Administrative business management & Logistic supply chain, or any in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering or related field. Candidate be able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, having 1 year or above working experience in production field would be an added advantage. Have a good time management skill, Warehouse & Admin. Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc Leadership skills. Communication skill: able to communicate well with all levels of staffs. Have a good attitude, responsible and discipline.
