DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manages and implementing all aspects of Human Resources Functions, strategies and initiatives including policies, system/processes, procedures, talent management, operational improvement and organization development to align the workforce management with the overall strategic goals of the company. Strategic partner to the functional Depts and The group, you will be part of the team that works with senior management Working closely with Operations management team for HR related issues and to handle the day staff management process such as grievances, complaints, mediating disputes, counselling and bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands including disciplinary procedures. Leads company compliance with all prevailing and relevant governmental and labor law requirements including government reporting, conduction necessary investigations, maintaining records, and representing the company at enquiries Leads and manages Human resources / workforce Planning and Labor productivity, Recruitment, Selection, Retention, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management. Establishes and Leads the effective and optimum standard in recruiting and hiring practices and produres necessary to recruit and hire superior workforce Periodically review the cost and benefits of benefits offered and recommend changes, especially new benefits with the aim to achieve better employee satisfaction and retention. Manages employee administration matters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, performance appraisal, termination, insurance, training and developments, on & off boarding, orientation of new employee and update and maintain Human Resources information / staff records Oversees Payroll matters and staff claims, Ensure that all aspects of payroll procedures are processed correctly and on time, Prepare reports for the accounting department and resolve any payroll problems or discrepancies Managing human capital with cost effective HR Policy and system which include rank and role, job enlargement and enrichment, career development program, remuneration package and fringe benefits in line with industry norm and other appropriate policies Any others duties as assigned by Management
REQUIREMENT

ENGLISH IS A MUST (PMA Company) Degree business Management with major in HR Minimum 10 Years (HRM) of related working experience in Construction Industry for Degree Holder Experience in a listed company is preferred Good Knowledge of MOM regulations
