DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
Contributes toward store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory, and cost of goods control & labor cost.
Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling shifts and providing performance feedback.
Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
Ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting.
REQUIREMENT
Senior High School or Vocational School; 2-4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
