DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To provide efficient support to Project Managers while maintaining confidentiality at all times
Maintain systematic filing systems and safe keeping of all documentations (including confidential materials) and organize all documentation for easy access and retrieval
Able to deal with all level of staff including authorities, consultants and others in a professional manner
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess a minimum SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent Good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and responsible work attitude Working experience in Electrical firm will be an added advantage Chinese speaking preferred
