DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare and review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work,
costing structures, and contractual requirements
Source for suppliers and specialist sub-contractors
Collate price comparison and costing summary
Project management and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricin and agreement of contract variations, process claims, preparation of final accounts, project cash flows, etc.
Prepare quantity take off and prepare quotation
Coordinate with dealers, sales and PM and assist them with regards to the projects
Prepare sales forecast / stock reservations
Prepare VO and finalization of project accounts
Liaising/negotiating pricing with suppliers
Monitor cost & maintain allotted budget for the project
REQUIREMENT
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, Civil Engineering or any other relevant field
Good team player, independent and discipline to meet tight deadlines
