DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support all employees in designated country or region on the full scope of HR related challenges and function as the employee champion for employee relations, performance management, compliance, C&B, recruitment and overall process.
Work with people managers in support of their HR queries and to upskill them in their overall people management skills.
Collaborate with the HR Administrator to ensure accuracy and integrity of all HR-related data, including that contained on HR systems.
Lead first and mid-level regional employee relations issues and support the Senior HR Manager in complex cases.
Maintain case file, this will involve case chronologies and the preparation of case bundles, as required.
Support managers in performance management cases to ensure the best possible outcome and compliance for the company
Review, initiate, design/update and implement Policies and Procedures for the designated countries and/or region
Lead compliance on all HR and employment aspects for the assigned region/country
Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, areas of strength, areas of opportunity, and to assist HR management in the development of future-focused action plans.
Champion and maintain accurate data within the HRIS
Travel within the region may occasionally be required
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management
1-3 years overall HR experience gained within the capacity of a Generalist or Business Partner
UAE experience preferred
Knowledge of Oracle HRIS an advantage
Knowledge of local Labour Laws within the MEA region
Excellent interpersonal skills and command of the English language, both verbally and written
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload
