DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Welcoming visitors in an appropriate manner. Responsible for customer and supplier handling. Managing accounts and petty cash. Managing communication including emails and phone calls. Screening phone calls, redirecting calls, and taking messages. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations as required.
REQUIREMENT

Must be having experience in MS Office. Great customer service skills. Female candidates required. Should have the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good attention to detail. Great time management skills. Excellent phone handling abilities.
