DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support the Head of Client Service & Delivery in various harmonization projects and improvement initiatives within Corporate Bank Client Service & Delivery Act as Account Manager for the low touch clients of Cash Management, Trade Finance and Securities Services including ensuring all the KYC periodic review of these clients are completed in a timely manner Deepen existing clients relationship and identify opportunities to cross sell, up sell or value add Lead/co-ordinate discussions with various stakeholders in change/enhancement in service delivery model Other tasks as assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 4 years working experience in relationship management/client service delivery in financial services industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proven background in development and maintenance of client relationships A detailed person, proactive and demonstrate ability to analyse a problem, obtain and evaluate information and make sound decision Minimum qualification - undergraduate degree in relevant business stream
