DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Initiate contact with potential resellers and establish strong relationships. Communicate the value proposition of partnering with the company as a reseller. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and address any concerns or questions. Coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive training to new resellers on product features, sales techniques, and marketing strategies. Offer ongoing support and guidance to help resellers succeed in promoting and selling the company's products or services.
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively pitch products/services and negotiate agreements. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support reseller recruitment efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential resellers and convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with partners or clients. Ability to establish trust and credibility with reseller prospects.
