Leading and guiding a team of sales people to meet and achieve the company's sales objectives efficiently and effectively. Key player in development of strategic direction for Division Develop sales strategy and targets and ensure excellence in executions and implementation Drive development of 5 years plan and annual budget process Manage promotion budget of total channel Manage sales team, supervise, challenge, motivate and develop team members Develop effective way of working within commercial aspects of the business
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in any major Extensive experiences in sales in GT, MT, Food service, etc. Good negotiation skill, communication skill, analytical thinking and selling skill Good leadership skill Ability to use technology and analysis tools Passionate and able to work under pressure Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
