DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish the overseas offices (US and Japan) as the business grows to a certain size. Identifying new opportunities to expand the customer base through cold calls, warm leads, and collaboration with other sales members and shareholders, while also develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. Provide technical consultation related to company's products, including co-development, testing, and design advice Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote company's products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement. Monitor market trends and competitive activities in order to identify new business opportunities. Conduct market research and establish 1~3 years technology & product road map for market segments. Spot technology trends of the related industry and foster company's capability to ride on these trends for capturing new markets and new business. Build institutionalized/professional sales team by fully utilizing CRM/SFA tools and build a standardized operational process.
REQUIREMENT

Four-year college degree. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science is a plus. Master Degree is also a plus. Business related degree is also fine. Interest in working in different type of sectors such as Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Medical, Robotics, Smart Fabric, and so on. Interest in working with world class blue chip companies. Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English (If the candidate can speak Japanese, that'd be a plus). Willingness to travel 60% of the time, including the possibility of overnight travel, and both overseas and domestic travels. Better to have a valid driver's license. But not a must.
