[What you will be working on] You will be part of the team overseeing the administrative and registry functions of the Development Group of the MAS. This entails ensuring that payments and expenditures are properly processed and updated; procurement of equipment and services is carried out according to MAS’ organisation-wide procedures; and that files, computer systems, office equipment and inventories as well as administrative records are maintained effectively. You will also assist in preparing the annual budget proposals and the quarterly budget utilisation reports for the Groups, as well as provide administrative support for the Group as needed.
