KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Quality Executive oversees the whole spectrum of quality and food safety systems, ensuring effective systems are in place. This includes verification through internal and external audits. This position will involve a wide variety of activities from working with suppliers on incoming raw material and packaging quality through measurement of in-process samples and final product samples. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Deal with both product performance and customer complaints concerning quality Responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s Global Quality Management System (GQMS) Overseeing the Quality Assurance function investigation, analyze and execute customer/supplier in Quality matters Handle customer complaints and ensure complaints are well addressed Assist in all preparation during the internal audit, external audit, customer audit, management review and other related matters to ensure the company operations comply with the ISO standards Co-ordinate and actively participate in cross-functional groups to develop, implement, maintain and review policies, procedures, standards, forms and templates. Pest Control Services - assist in managing the contract and services of the pest control Legal and Customer Requirement - assist on liaising with all relevant authorities on matters pertaining to legal or customer requirement.
