Manage all projects in relation with Quality and Product Safety improvement. Plan, monitor, and check the company procedure and practice are meting ISO requirements. Take part in training ISO for new employees. Monitor & update the ISO documentation. Realize and update the quality status for improvement implementation and follow-up for all departments. Keep relation with ISO consultant and ISO Certificate Issued Body. Follow the ISO procedure, 5S practices and industrial safety. Any other duties assigned by the superior. To adhere to the Quality & Product Safety Policy. Responsible for all Product Safety related matter especially to analyse the hazards. Responsible to conduct Product Recall activities. To develop the system through ISO meeting and audits upon review and approval by management. To ensure the documentation related to Quality & Product Safety area well maintained. To maintain the manual, documents, procedures and records in the company. Prepare investigation report for customer complaint. Update the supplier claim status in share folder.
