To ensure the preparation of annual sales plan and assist the regional sales Manager by participating in development of long range strategies and programs, planning, and monitoring of strategies and programs, as well as ensuring the net result of all business and marketing activities lead to the achievement of objectives. Responsible on establishment and maintenance of sub-distributor activities and to ensure the sub-distributor performance are met with company standard operations and compliance with company plans and programs. To communicate and implement all relevant company policies affecting the sub-distributor operation and ensure that terms and conditions are drawn up in the contract are complied by all business partners. To promote and maintain goodwill with his sub-distributor and community in the assignment area.
