DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establishes goals and project plans that meet project objectives. Designs, develops, enhances, reviews, debugs code and implements software. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Acts as team leader on projects. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team. Participates in development of software user manuals. Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Interface with other IT areas and end users in most phases of software development.
REQUIREMENT

D3 / S1 in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Other majors are welcome to apply with relevant working experience. Minimum of 2 years of software development experience using Java Experience with web technologies: J2EE, Web Services, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, Web Services, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Mobility Adept at all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall) Solid understanding of object oriented programming and development Researches, tests (unit, integration, system), builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration based on client requirements. Strong written and verbal communications Linux knowledge is a plus Having good analytical and problem solving skill. Able to work individually or as a team with under pressure environment. Self motivated, hard working, smart working, logical thinker, fast learner.
