DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales responsibility for the territory Implementation and execution of sales strategies and business plans to ensure delivery of commercial objectives Build strong relationships with existing and new accounts Monitor the sales process, new leads, customer growth and opportunity pipelines Management of channel partners to drive business growth and create transparency Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape in the territory Involvement in formulation of the brand positioning and strategy for the territory Responsible for forecast accuracy and demand planning Update and present sales and financial KPIs at monthly business reviews Ensure timely monthly reporting for management Oversee AR to ensure timely payments Manage a Regional Sales office and the team
REQUIREMENT

Min. 5 years’ experience in sales management Proven track-record from similar position Very strong leadership and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking with a long-term view Brings initiative and drive to lead the sales team Ability to execute business plans and convert into sales revenue Thorough understanding of sales excellence and the sales process Candidate from similar industries preferred (specialty chemicals, food ingredients) Extensive travel activity required. Good English communication IT savvy Bachelor degree with 3 to 5-year experience in sales and business development Experience in working with a multinational company or Joint-Venture environment FMCG, Food, Food Ingredients industry experience will be highly preferred.
