DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To open job repair status in the system and follow up & follow through until the job is closed in the system. Prepare Delivery Order and Invoice Update Prinicples and Dealers on the repair status via whatapps (there is an approximately six [6] different dealers Whatapps Group altogether) Arrange for Courier Service companies for pickup Arrange for despatch to collect and pick up parcels (this position may need to manage approximately six [6] despatch altogether. To follow up on the status of the courier and update respective parties via email If required, to serve as a back up as Customer Service Officer
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must poses at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies (any field, majoring in Commerce / Marketing / International Business / Business Information Technology / Marketing are welcomed to apply) Those without the required academic qualification, but, with previous relevant working experience and the right personality are encouraged to apply. As this position are responsible to manage a handful (a group of six [6] despatchs altogether), those with supervisory skills / leadership position are encouraged to apply. Candidates with hands on administrative experience and in a supervisory role (e,g.: managing a group of 2-3 subordinates) are welcome to apply for this role Prior experience in using a system will be advantageous Detail and meticulous Good follow up skills Good working attitude and poses self initiative
