DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals. Forecasting annual and monthly sales goals. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars, coaching, and regular meetings. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Evaluate store and individual performances.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in sales field. Understanding of retail or FMCG process, especially in cosmetics. Excellent communication skills. Strong leadership skill with problem solving oriented. Availability to travel as needed. Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
