DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support IT help desk support to staff and representatives. Attend analysts live call referrals and support them technically. Diagnose complex technical issues and speed problem resolution. Analyze problems and contribute to technical solutions.
REQUIREMENT

preferably have ITIL v3 Foundation and TOEFL min 450 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Required skill(s): pc hardware and software, printer. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
