DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Performing an all-round generalist HR function including but not limited to recruitment & selection, onboarding, payroll & MPF, medical & leave administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned
REQUIREMENT

Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills Diploma/Degree qualification in Human Resources Management At least 2 years relevant experience Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other related legislation High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience of ADP and Oracle HCM an advantage Communication and interpersonal skills essential Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
