DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensuring effective delivery of the various training programs as per OYO standards (Functional as well as soft skills)
Conducting Training needs analysis in the hotels allocated and conducting on the job performance coaching for the staff on the basis of the TNA
Coordinating with the various departments for data management & upload
Coordinating with various departments to identify & solve issues at hotels
Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual report
Support and mentor new employees
Manage costs for the allocated areas
Monitor employee performance and response to training
Record and report feedback and analysis
Take care of Admin tasks such as staff attendance, logistical
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must have a working knowledge of Housekeeping, Front office as well as basic understanding of F & B operations as well hotel financials.
Preferable candidate from hospitality background
Minimum 2 years of experience from hospitality busines
Will be placed in Bandung
