DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure that QA/QC services provided to the plant comply to documented QA/QC procedures. Assist and ensure incoming raw materials, in-process testing and final product quality comply to company, customer and statutory requirements. Ensure HACCP system and pre-requisite programs implemented are maintained as per documented in SOP. Ensure that laboratory staff are trained and tested on test methods and QA inspection procedures. Investigate and report on non-conforming raw materials and products.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience preferably in FMCG industry. Experience in HACCP food safety system will be an added advantage. Good leadership and is able to lead a team of lab assistants. A self-starter and is able to work as a team and also work independently Posseses good human relation and communication skills as the person need to work with internal and external parties.
