REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in shopping mall Requires ability to absorb profesional knowledge quickly and develop skills. Ability to improve business in order to provide our customers with the best mall experience Have responsibility to increase our operating revenue Have a good communication skill and able to interact well with the guard force management levels, capable in immediate respond to crisis situation and good PR with external contracts such Bussiness Partners, Police Force and Custom Members Strong knowledge of emergency plan, physical security, access control and CCTV systems Ability to make a budget of expense management with company target orientation High initiative and can work independently Acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep a dateline Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication. Strong personality, discipline and hardworking nature. Have experience of new opening mall are welcome Have working experience in Japanese company are welcome Will be placement in Sentul City, but before move to Sentul City the applicant work in BSD area until Mall Opening Applicants must be willing to work in shift time / weekend / public holiday
