Handle office communication ie screen incoming telephone calls, record and transmit messages and timely response to email messages
Keep patient or client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Collect, sort, register and distribute incoming mails for the assigned office for action.
Welcome patients, visitors and medical staff in a friendly, courteous, efficient and effective way.
Give exceptional customer care services by attending to visitors or clients and directing them accordingly
Maintain high standards of cleanliness or hygiene and tidiness within the front office.
Plan work to ensure accurate phone coverage, monitor priority of calls and shift escalated calls to assure resolution to problems
Suitable candidates must relevant qualifications for this role
At least two years of experience in same role within the UAE
Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be presentable with a positive attitude
Exceptional customer service abilities
Should be aged below thirty years of age and must be on visit visa of two to three months
Expertise in Ms Office suite
A female candidate is required
The applicant must be fluent in English
