DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Recruit personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
Manage schedules and deadlines
Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Assist in office management and organization procedures.
Helping to prepare documents for tender submission.
To prepare refreshment for the guests (if necessary).
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Supporting the reception desk (if needed).
Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
Maintaining a ready supply of office stationery, business cards, pantry supplies
Managing a mailing list for company communication/business development purposes
Track and update staff leave
Apply, update, renew insurance policies
Track and renew Company Vehicle’s roadtax and insurance
Create email addresses for new employees
Register / Renew company registration certificates i.e MOF, CIDB, ST, etc
To prepare Progress Claim/Invoice for projects
To prepare Delivery Order
Adhere ISO Standards & Procedures for documentations
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management with respect to the concerned Department.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree At least 3 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position Possess good IT skills and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point applications) Proficient in written and spoken English Must be able to manage the Purchasing and Logistics for projected related items
