CLERICAL/ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (Staff)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform full spectrum of office administrative operations; Coordinate office equipment maintenance, supplies and procurement; Provide high level and all-round secretarial support to Senior Executive; Assist to follow up on various corporate projects/functions; Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENT

A recognized degree with minimum 5 years working experience in administration preferably with exposure in financial sector; Experience on supporting senior executive required; Excellent skills in written English with Grade C or above in Syllabus B in the HKCEE or equivalent; Proven stable working history; Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Initiative, quick response, well organizational skill, strong interpersonal skill. We offer 5-day work week, double pay, discretionary performance bonus and medical plan. Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
