DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for all sales-related activities of the Poultry business. It includes, managing accounts, coordinate between customers and after sales & field service for the installations.
Responsible for the company’s sales-related activities including, growth strategies including market share and opportunities in the market and maximize long term profitable volume growth.
Realize sales budget (target) both in volume and margin.
Participate in generating “Proven Solutions”, sales manuals, product and solution templates for proposals and other specific sales material.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education including technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
Supporting marketing by taking part in trade shows and other relevant marketing projects.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service and managing client relationships.
Coordinate with After Sales and Field Service team related installation process.
Works in close collaboration with Customer Solutions, to ensure a smooth order handling process and by forwarding feedback from customers or new product ideas/markets requirements to the respective departments.
Give advice on farm design and lay-out, negotiate price within limits of authority and payment terms.
Recommend and implement detailed annual sales operating plans.
To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENT
Possess Degree in vetenary, agriculture or poultry field
Experienced in the similar position for 5 years in poultry industry (bird)
Placement in Sumatera area (Medan)
Willing to travel across Indonesia and Asia Region
