DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling the website administration system including data entry, product uploads and order purchasing; Assisting customers with any issues in regard to their returns or their orders via email/text/line/Whatsapp/Website; Organize communication for any information to customers about their orders and iquiries; Liases with courier Companies over issues raised by customers with regard to either orders or returns Manage and monitor all replies to social media messages; Maintain a high level of service awarness at all the time; Have a good coordination and communication with Warehouse team regarding about the process and monitoring product's shipment.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate should be Graduated at Least from Highschool; Candidate not in the Studying or Pregnant situation; Candiate must have at least 1-2 years of working experiences in retail industry (Online) or E-Commerce; Exellent eye for detail and good organizational skill; Flexible attitute and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company; General PC literacy including a good knowledge of Microsoft; Be able to work on multi-platforms and be able to adjust accordingly; Customer-oriented; Willing to work with Shifting Schedule, and Overtime; Proven with a Good Track Record in previous Company as references. Have experiences as Customer Service in Online Retail or E-Commerce Business Industry.
