DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Providing information in all aspect of home appliances need, such as : project from Residential & Apartment and monitoring our market and competitor's selling system.
Location survey or site visit.
Create proposal/introduction letter and present our offering price.
Propose offering prices and payment condition when it meet the requirement.
Conduct stock checking, create selling order and payment process.
Maintain institution/Government/Contractor/Developer/Interior Design/Owner/Bank/Organization satisfaction toward our product and service.
Find new project opportunity.
As a PIC for handling customers/client complaint for the project.
Monitoring and calculating target achievement.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferable from Economics,Management, or Marketing. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferable experience in handling Developer/Contractor/Consultant/government projects relating. Excellent negotiation skills and Leadership. Able to speak in Bahasa and English preferred. Maximum 30 years old. Have own transport preferred
