DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage incoming calls from Customers.
Handle forecast and demand management. Work in close contact with customers, analyse forecast versus actual purchases.
Manage orders and order confirmations.
Follow up on productions & propose alternative products when requested items are not available.
Manage shipping documents.
Manage follow up orders and and contact Customers by phone and email.
Manage purchase orders for production.
Manage quotations.
Complaint Management and resolution with Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.
Follow Communication procedures, Guidelines and Policies.
REQUIREMENT
Two Years proven experience within Customer Service or Support Team.
Experience with ERP systems.
Excellent attention to details and strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
Experience with CRM tools.
