DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Direct dealing with core business stakeholder customer relations’ centre
Handle all incoming calls from business stakeholder customer relations’ centre and give direct responses as required
Raise claims and feedback to business stakeholder customer relations centre
Fulfill customers’ feedback, claims and delivery requirements
Confirmation of delivery bookings and follow ups with end customers
Communicate with in-house teams like Warehouse, Planner and Delivery for special delivery arrangements or delivery returns
Monitor the daily delivery status of the delivery teams
Liaise with in-house teams like Warehouse, Planner and Delivery to ensure claims are investigated, replaced, fulfilled and settled
Compile and collate job requests by business stakeholder for bi-monthly billing
Data entry and collate required reports for the Management
Handle other ad-hoc customer service related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Min GCE ‘0’ / Diploma in any discipline, preferably with at least 1 year of customer service experience Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English Possess a structured approach to problem solving Versatile and co-operative in working as a team to handle and resolve feedbacks and claims issues with both internal and external stakeholders Meticulous and organized with positive attitude Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and adapt at learning new CRM system Will be require to hands-on handling with furniture pieces when investigating damages and claims Able and willing to work shift duties when necessary Able and willing to work in warehouse environment Singaporean only
