DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Day to day responsibility for managing a team of Customer Care Consultants including:
Continuously managing the Consultants performance to exceed KPIs and ensure that they are meeting the competencies of the role through weekly reviews
Ensuring awareness of hourly and daily statistics versus target
Setting clear objectives for the Consultants , ensuring they are aligned to the overall business goals
Motivating and coaching individuals to maximize all sales opportunities
Work with the Training team to identify training needs for the Consultants and Seniors , support the initiative and monitor the outcome of the training
Working collaboratively as part of a wider global team
Work with your colleagues across Customer Care and internal departments to continuously strive to improve service and knowledge .
Effectively communicating updates to the Consultants on business changes and developments, ensuring the team understands the need for change
People Management responsibility for the Consultants
Managing the team’s attendance, professional conduct and daily performance
Manage employees in line with Company policies – addressing concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
REQUIREMENT
Customer- centric focus Ideally have contact center experience , preferably in a luxury sales and service experience environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates people management skills , ability to lead and motivate a team Must show an affinity with the luxury consumer Commercial , sales driven approach is essential Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving Flexible attitude and positive approach to change Self-motivated , proactive and energetic Action orientated and solutions driven Team player Demonstrate initiative
